The Hunter is the 5th studio album by American heavy metal band ‘Mastodon‘. It was recorded over May & June 2011 and released September of the same year.
The album includes the singles ‘Black Tongue‘, ‘Curl of the Burl‘ and ‘Dry Bone Valley‘ and peaked at number 10 on the US Billboard 200 charts, selling 39,000 copies in it’s first week of release.
