The album peaked at number 11 on the UK albums chart, number 2 on the German albums chart and number 1 on the French albums chart.
Sleeping with Ghosts has been certified Gold in the UK, Platinum in Germany and 2x Platinum in France, with sales of over 100,000, 200,000 and 723,000 in their respective countries.
The song was released as downloadable content for the Guitar Hero video game series.
