I remember tabbing this the day it dropped back in 2019, and what a burst of energy it was. At just 49 seconds long, it’s over almost as quickly as it starts — but in that short time, it absolutely rips.
This is Blink-182 at their most raw and aggressive. No frills, no drawn-out sections — just straight into blistering speed and straight back out again. It was genuinely refreshing to hear that kind of punchy, no-nonsense energy from the band, especially as a follow-up to California, which I also really enjoyed.
Despite its length, it was a lot of fun to transcribe. In some ways, shorter songs like this can be just as challenging because everything is so tight and immediate — there’s no room to settle in, you’ve got to be locked in from the first note.
